With any new patient exam, cleaning and x-ray, you will receive FREE custom whitening trays and a take home whitening kit. Keep your 6 month appointments and you’ll receive FREE touch-up whitening gel twice a year for your life as our patient! Restrictions may apply. Whitening refill kits are also available for purchase.
Free whitening for life restrictions
- One per household
- An age limit may apply, usually 18 yrs or older.
- Hygiene appointments must be made 6 months in advance. If that scheduled appointment is rescheduled or missed for any reason, a whitening refill will not be issued. However, the next time you keep your hygiene visit as scheduled you again will be given a refill! It is important you get back on track and keep those scheduled visits!
- Anyone who becomes 1 year past due for their hygiene visit for any reason will be discontinued from the program.
